Customer's Comment: This is in between my big toe and the toe next to it. It is about 3 mm across. There is melanoma in my family.

Unfortunately due to the creases in the skin it is impossible to analyze this acral mole from the photo.

As you have a family history of melanoma, it is advised that you let a dermatologist examine the mole.
