  • 22 year old female patient with a solitary palpable lesion.
     
  • There is asymmetry of structure seen both in the clinical and dermoscopic images, and a blue-white structure at the center of the dermoscopic image.
     
  • The skin lesion is medium-risk.
     
  • If the lesion is soft and compressible, and can easily be moved from side to side, it is likely benign.
     
  • No similar images where found on the web.

  • 8 mm pink lesion on right forehead. Present for about 3 months. Already evaluated by two dermatologists. I'd like your differential diagnosis.
     
  • A pink lesion lacking any dermoscopic features *may* be melanoma.
     
  • The skin lesion is high-risk.

  • The skin lesion contains mostly an atypical reticular pattern, with a few dots and globules at 11 o'clock.
     
  • Differential diagnosis includes a Clark (dysplastic) nevus and ink spot lentigo.
     
  • The skin lesion is medium-risk.
